Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring that you can only access your own nursery's data. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) for all communications.
- Secure authentication with token-based session management.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to isolate nursery data.
- Regular security audits and monitoring.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate the application (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Cloudflare for content delivery, PostHog for analytics).
- Sister Nurseries: If you choose to connect with sister nurseries within the app, limited operational data may be shared as per your explicit consent.

Data Retention

Nursery operational data (inventory, sales, expenses) will be permanently deleted upon account deletion unless you request an export beforehand.
Children's Privacy
The Ropmitra Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
